AZDA Districts

The Arizona Dietetic Association is comprised of 4 districts, with members practicing in every community in Arizona.

This District section offers information on each of the four districts. To access a district choose from the pull down menu on the left.

To Join an AZDA District

If you’d like to become a member of an AZDA District, please fill out the membership form below and submit it to the district’s membership chair listed on the application. Any person who is a member in good standing of the American Dietetic Association (ADA) is eligible to become a member of an AZDA District. You may hold membership in more than one district.
