A culinary nutrition demo focused on taste literacy awareness combined with culinary and food science applications to culinary techniques to balance food tastes and enhance flavors of nutrition-rich foods, particularly plant-based meals.
We will explore:
*Applying key foundation cooking techniques to improve flavors & textures in vegetables
*Simple but potent ingredients to make bland foods more desirable
Identify what options easily improve *flavors and balance taste qualities with a focus on plant-based foods
Taste a variety of example
