Become a Member

Joining AZDA
You automatically become a member of AZDA when you join the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and select Arizona as your state affiliate.  Click here to visit the Academy website and join the Academy.

Joining a District
Once you become a member of AZDA, you have the option to join your local District Association.

• Central AZ District Dietetic Association (C-AZDA)
  - Greater Phoenix Area - Maricopa County

• Northern AZ District Dietetic Association (N-AZDA)
  - Flagstaff/Kingman Area - Mohave, Yavapai, Coconino, and Navajo counties

• Southern AZ District Dietetic Association (S-AZDA)
  - Greater Tucson Area - Pima, Santa Cruz and Cochise counties

• Southwest AZ District Dietetic Association (SW-AZDA)
  - Greater Yuma Area - Yuma and La Paz counties

If you’d like to become a member of your local District, please fill out the membership form and submit to the District's Membership Chair listed on the application. Membership in the districts is strongly encouraged, since this is where networking begins and the actual work of the Association takes place.
