Cooking with Chef Redmond!

Thursday, February 25, 2021  Join us for night of cooking with Chef Redmond!

Michele Redmond is a Chef RND and Food Enjoyment ActivistTM who helps people and organizations connect the love of food and cooking to health and well-being through online culinary-nutrition courses, taste literacy workshops, training events and consulting.

Her food and nutrition work includes caterer, research chef, food consultant, diabetes and cardiac program manager and as an instructor in culinary and nutrition schools. She is a graduate of ASU, U of Arizona, FSU, Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, the HEG Advanced Studies of Taste Program in France and the Jesterz Improv Comedy Program (the most fun of all).

During this event, we will prepare a pantry-friendly meal while discussing the options a flavor-centered pantry can offer to create many meals from the same base recipe.
