Salary Range:$47,896-$64,659 DOE

Prepares program budget (contract) proposals, participates in contract negotiations & monitors compliance. Manages caseload & priority distribution with an outreach plan, appt scheduling, wait lists & wait lists sorted by priority. Prepares County & State narrative reports, inventory lists & contractors expenditure reports. Manages clinic operations: hours, appts, schedules & manages staff on daily basis. Develops a Nutrition Care Plan for each risk factor.See website for more.
Bachelor’s Degree in Food and Nutrition, Public Health or related field. One (1) year experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
